Sheev Founder & CEO

Ben is an industry-tested and proven professional, agile and team coach, consultant and educator having spent over 8 years holding various senior positions in some of the world’s most well-known banks, leading their adoptions of the Agile Mindset & ways of working, sustaining change, building relationships, trust and respect at all levels of the organisation.

As an experienced curator of organisational culture and design, Ben has helped organisations to create value for both their customers and its people by asking the following two questions: are we building the right Product, and are we building it in the right way.

The key catalyst to all of this has been an obsessional focus on coaching, mentoring and educating people at all levels of an organisation so that they can be effective and successful in achieving the organisation’s and their own personal goals.

Steph is an experienced project delivery professional with nearly 10 years of diverse industry experience from design and marketing to UX and development and operations.

Steph has collaborated with a diverse array of businesses, spanning from large UK retailers and international banks to small local agencies. This exposure to different cultures and industries has honed her ability to navigate complex projects effectively. She adeptly tailors her project delivery approach to address the unique challenges and dynamics within each organization, fostering successful outcomes across diverse environments.

A self-confessed agile nerd, Steph's project delivery ethos experiment, learn, adapt. Her experience in building high-performing squads and unifying remote teams across the globe to achieve common goals is driven from a focus on continuous improvement, strong self reflection and team dynamics. Building trust first and foremost.

Saloni specialises in organisational design, implementing agile at scale and designing performance management structures that support agile roles. She is a passionate trainer, facilitator and mentor, and enjoys helping people discover the benefits of decreasing Organisational debt.

Suraj Shah

Suraj is a dynamic and assertive DevOps & Sire Reliability Engineering expert with enterprise big data, real time application monitoring and tools development experience. He is a specialist in DevOps organisational design, continuous integration, deployment and operational management of both cloud and on-premises application environments.

A co-founder of an enterprise-scale data platform accelerator, providing next-gen data infrastructure and data modelling capabilities to a variety of organisations.

Through her career, Sam has recognised that solving technical problems alone is not enough to enable progress and reduce suffering in Product Development – it’s all in the way we work and collaborate – or not.
