What are the timings?
This interactive in person course runs from 9.30am to 5.30pm (UK) over 3 days. We allow for regular breaks throughout each day.
DO I NEED A Mask?
We recommend that each student follows government guidelines on face coverings and we will ensure social distancing where possible.
Is this certified?
Attendance to engagement with each of the learning objectives will enable you to get the Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) certificate.
The Certified LeSS Practitioner® course is a highly interactive, in-depth course covering the LeSS principles, framework, rules, and guides. It provides essential information for adopting and continuously improving your organisation using various thinking tools (whether using LeSS or not).
Project to Product
How do you shift your organisations to have a Whole Product Focus and be entirely Customer-Centric? This course focuses on this and provides you with tried and tested guidance, practices and stories for how to begin, accelerate or unblock your efforts to embrace a Product based view.
Multi-Team Collaboration
How do you help teams collaborate and co-operate across boundaries in ways that not only un-taps everyone’s potential but also increasing your ability to adapt based upon the newest high priority features? This course has the answers.
Organisational Design
Organisational design cannot be static if your want people and products to adapt safely, quickly and when needed. This course gives your principles and guidance on how to create an organisational structure that is dynamic and 100% focussed on the Customer and Continuous Improvement.

Ben has coached, trained and been passionate about product and people since 2009.
He spends most of his time supporting organisations evolving their organisational structure and culture from one which is focussed upon individuals, projects and technical specialisms to something that enables Products & Teams to flourish through Customer centricity.
